<![CDATA[How is your March Challenge going? Are you doing all the push ups? Do your arms burn when your done? If so that is exactly what you want. Well guess what Ladies Spring is right around the corner, birds are singing and flowers will soon be blooming. That means lets get working on our Thighs. This coming month will be a Thigh challenge. Use these to add to your current workout routine! Print it off and stick it to your Refrigerator so you remember to do it each morning, or Pin It to your Pinterest Board to share with others, save it to your computer! What ever you have to do to remember to get up each day and hit your fitness goals each day. This coming month there are three exercises: Lateral Lunges, Scissors, and Pile Squat Pulses. Do each workout, the number of times on that date. Remember not to over do it and hurt yourself, but still push yourself and feel the burn.
Hi I thought you had to let your muscles recover for a day before you do the same ones again ?
great question …for these challenges the load is not that heavy… more of an endurance workout
its ok to do it daily… however if you were squatting with 115 lb bar on you’re back you would definitely need
time for your muscles to repair : )
if however you feel spent and very sore after any workout…. be sure to listen to your body and take time off.
again these challenges are wide scope and do not address individuals needs
