<![CDATA[In the month of May get ready for the Kettlebell Swing Challenge. Lets work are way all up to 29th and then show Yvette what you got on her birthday! On the 29th do as many swings as you can and email her at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell her what your made of! What a great gift that would be - share your success! Print it off and stick it to your Refrigerator so you remember to do it each morning, or Pin It to your Pinterest Board to share with others, save it to your computer! What ever you have to do to remember to get up each day and hit your fitness goals each day. Some would say Why do kettlebell swings? Well I will tell you first and foremost it offers both cardiovascular and strength-training benefits. It will strengthens and tones your whole body. You don't need much to do them just a kettlebell that is at the weight you are comfortable with. But remember to push yourself. Of course also they are a lot of fun! So lets get started by printing and sharing this coming months challenge with others. May 1st is right around the corner!
