<![CDATA[How is your February Challenge going? Are you doing all the lunges? Do your legs burn when your done? If so that is exactly what you want. Well guess what Ladies finally March is right around the corner, the cold is going to slowly start to creep out of here and it is becoming spring. That means lets get working on our arms. This coming month will be a arm challenge. Use these to add to your current workout routine! Print it off and stick it to your Refrigerator so you remember to do it each morning, or Pin It to your Pinterest Board to share with others, save it to your computer! What ever you have to do to remember to get up each day and hit your fitness goals each day. This coming month there are three exercises: Pushups, chair-dip and Planks. Do each workout, the number of times on that date, during the first 15 days do it twice, and the last 15 days of month do 3 sets. On the 31st challenge yourself to see how long you can hold a plank, how many pushups can you do, and how many chair dips can you do? Remember not to over do it and hurt yourself, but still push yourself and feel the burn.
I have to say there is no exercise I hate more than planks lol. I’m going to do them but I probably won’t enjoy it
