Quick & Easy Fresh Veggie Salsa Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of green capsicum
  • ½ cup of red capsicum
  • ½ cup of yellow capsicum
  • ½ cup of white onions
  • 1 tbsp of vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • ½ tbsp of Grape seed oil
  • Salt
Method:
  1. In a pan, add grape seed oil, onions and capsicum
  2. Sauté for 5 min and add honey, vinegar and salt
Serve hot.
