I’m not just your coach. I’m someone who has lived it.
I spent decades trapped in the mental prison of food — dieting, bingeing, restricting, starting over every Monday, and tying my worth to the number on the scale. I know the obsession, the shame, the secrecy, and the constant negotiating that happens in your head around food. That experience is exactly why I do this work today.
Emotional Eating Coaching is not about another meal plan or diet. Most people already know what they “should” eat. The real struggle is the emotional spiral — the triggers, habits, and patterns that lead to overeating and starting over again. In our work together, we focus on understanding your emotional triggers, interrupting those patterns, removing shame, and building a structure that actually works in your real life.
This is 1:1 coaching available in person at my private women’s studio or virtually. We meet weekly or biweekly depending on your goals and support needs. You’ll receive honest accountability, structured check-ins, and practical tools to help you rebuild trust with yourself — one day at a time.
