  1. Grease your slow cooker with Coconut Oil DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP !!
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then add to slow cooker
  3.  Set the slow cooker on medium and allow to cook for 7-8 hours
This is a recipe you don’t want to stir, just leave lid on and let cook. When done it will have a crust on the bottom which is the Spices, if you stir it could ruin it. This recipe makes 8 servings. It has 177 Calories per serving not to bad!
