Ingredients:5 small apples peeled and chopped into small cubes 3 Tablespoons Cinnamon ¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg ¼ Teaspoon All spice (or apple pie spice) 2 Cups Steel Cut Oats 3 Cups Almond Milk 3 Cups Water 2 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Alteration:If you are not a fan of apples, you can use peaches or omit fruit.
- Grease your slow cooker with Coconut Oil DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP !!
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, then add to slow cooker
- Set the slow cooker on medium and allow to cook for 7-8 hours
