This week I want to share with you a delicious dumpling soup recipe. Ingredients:

  • 100g of dumplings
  • 50g of fish balls, canned
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp of black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Salt
  1. In a pot, add chicken stock and 250ml of water
  2. Bring it to boil.
  3. Add dumplings and fish balls and bring it to boil with lid on
  4. Add salt and pepper, allow to boil for 3 min
  5. Turn off the heat and add lemon juice (Do not wait until soup cools to add lemon juice)
  6. Serve hot.
