Weight Watchers is a great program that helps you track your food by a point system. You check in weekly to keep yourself accountable and throughout the process you learn how to eat real food. I have watched women transform with this program throughout the last decade and I completely back what they teach. This is a great place to start, in regards to diet, for someone looking to lose weight. Now we all know that losing weight isn’t just about what you eat, it’s about exercising too. Sure you can lose weight just by changing your eating habits but exercise is going to excellerate your goals and play a big part in what you look like once you get to your goal weight. Not to mention exercise strengthens your bones and shapes your muscles so that your body will last your lifetime. Fitbit is a gadget you wear on your wrist. You load up your information and it tracks everything. Your calories in/out, your exercise, how many steps you take on a given day and it even tracks your sleep at night. It charts everything for you and it can all be sent to whoever is keeping you accountable all at the touch of your fingertips. If you are new to this journey, are looking to revamp your plan or have been on a program and would like to see just exactly how you operate, Fitbit is the way to actually see graphs, charts and numbers. It’s a great way to get and stay motivated whether it’s your diet, exercise or both! I have and continue to witness great changes with this tool.
