What people need to be realize  is that Carbohydrates are essential to one’s diet. They give you the energy to get through a workout or the daily grind of life. There are many Carbohydrates that are great nutritional sources. Anything whole grain, sweet potatoes, spaghetti squash, and quinoa are a few examples of nutritious carbs.
What many people dont realize is that fruits and vegetables are carbs as well.
