I get a lot of questions from clients, friends and family alike wondering why and how I choose the food I eat, why I consider it a clean eating plan. Today I will share with you some of the food I select and why its all my go to food list.



Well of course I eat almonds because they are high in magnesium, vitamin E and Folate. Magnesium is important to help relieve stress and stress is in everyones life so lets try to rid that from time to time. It also helps increase your mental alterness because of the healthy fat monounsaturated in it. So pop 15 raw unsalted almonds in your mouth for a energizing snack. You can even soak them overnight to help make digestion easier.


These small blue wonders are full of antioxidants and they also will not spike your blood sugar which is great. If your looking for a low glycemic index carb this is the right choice. When trying to choose your carbs always good to choose the healthy ones.

Protein Shakes

I recommend either a high quality Whey or Vegan shake if you are intolerant to dairy products.


So eggs are a quick meal, cheap and amazing for you full of protein. The yolks have vitamin D and the egg itself is loaded with antioxidants.

Grilled Chicken

This is usually an inexpensive source of protein and relatively low in mercury. So pack on the Grilled Chicken.


A low-calorie snack packed with pectin, which is a great appetite suppressant. Even the peel has good nutrition in it containing ursolic acid which helps with muscle growth.
