1-copy-300x269This is a super simple, mouth watering and delicious salad that I have been eating every day! I wanted to share it with you because it is that GOOD!!!! Healthy Salad Ingredients:

  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Bitter Greens (kale, chard…etc.)
  • Red Onion
  • Dill
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions: Place greens and red onions in a bowl. Chop up as much dill as you like and sprinkle over the greens. Juice 1 lemon over the salad. Drizzle olive oil. Finish with salt and pepper to taste. Toss and enjoy this baby!! So crunchy, delightful and refreshing you won’t be able to get enough. I’m addicted to this salad right now!! Enjoy your healthy salad.
