Who doesn’t love a little bit of cardio now and again? RIGHT!!
The question is what cardio workout is right for me? Which one is right for me and which ones should I being doing the most of? There are so many different cardio exercises to choose from, when you hear the word cardio it does not mean you have to get outside and start running, or get on the elliptical or star master for 30 minutes or more.
The definition of Cardio is ANY type of exercise that is used to strengthen your cardiovascular system. This is accomplished by raising your heart rate and improving your oxygen consumption. With that said today I want to share 2 of my favorite cardio workouts using kettlebells and your own body weight that you can do from the comfort of your own home.
Doing Kettlebell training is a great way to build muscles and lose weight. It will burn tons of calories,

Workout just using your Body Weight
You want to find workouts that will raise your heart rate, promote fat loss, and shape your body. Just using your own body weight will give you all that and more. Think about workouts like jump squats, and burpees they will do the trick.
