Are you ready for October… This month 30 day challenge is a Butt challenge that will help you tone up and strengthen your glute muscles. It will also increase your lower body strength as a whole. If you stick to it for 30 days you will see results. 

There are two exercise and each day will increase the amount of reps to do for each exercise. By end of month you will be able to do 90 squats and 70 lunges with ease. You only have to do the amount of the challenge each day but if your brave feel free to repeat each day of challenge.
