beef soupJust a little healthy lunch or dinner idea Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Carrots
  • 1 cup of potato
  • 100g of Beef
  • ¼ cup of spring onion
  • 1 tbsp of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp of Grape seed oil
  • 1 tbsp of pepper
  • Salt
Directions:
  1. In a soup pot, add oil and heat it
  2. Add garlic and sauté it
  3. Add beef pieces and sauté it thoroughly for 10 min
  4. Add vegetables except onion rings and sauté for 3 min
  5. Add 500ml of water, salt and pepper
  6. Bring it to boil with lid on.
  7. After the soup boiled, turn off the fire and add spring onions
  8. Serve hot.
