Just a little healthy lunch or dinner idea Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Carrots
- 1 cup of potato
- 100g of Beef
- ¼ cup of spring onion
- 1 tbsp of garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp of Grape seed oil
- 1 tbsp of pepper
- Salt
- In a soup pot, add oil and heat it
- Add garlic and sauté it
- Add beef pieces and sauté it thoroughly for 10 min
- Add vegetables except onion rings and sauté for 3 min
- Add 500ml of water, salt and pepper
- Bring it to boil with lid on.
- After the soup boiled, turn off the fire and add spring onions
- Serve hot.
