Here is the breakdown of this workout. Do this workout everyday after your normal workout routine for 30 days for rock hard abs.
  • Open leg jackknife
  • Roll over to curl with legs at 90
  • Side v up scissor (right side)
  • Side v up scissor (Left side)
  • Scissors 20 reps break another 20
