Well I have the challenge for you! Try this 30 day ab workout challenge with me! This challenge consist of 4 different exercises: Crunches, Reverse Crunches, Squats, and Tricep Dips. Each day your reps will increase slowly to help build up YOUR strong core muscles and help you to be able to complete the final days of challenge with ease. You only need to do each exercise once each day but feel free to repeat each day of the challenge as many times as you can to build a even stronger core.

- Open leg jackknife
- Roll over to curl with legs at 90
- Side v up scissor (right side)
- Side v up scissor (Left side)
- Scissors 20 reps break another 20
